Thank you for sharing wisdom and deep care for our team.  I know the benefit will have a ripple effect through our team and everyone they interact with."

As we reemerge from the pandemic, companies everywhere are facing the question: how do we maximize the potential of a hybrid workplace? How do we create a culture that allows for greater flexibility to work from home, while maintaining intentional time for in-office collaboration? How do prioritize both productivity and wellbeing?

  • 70%: People who say they started to work on weekends when their companies transitioned to remote work during the pandemic.

  • 85%: People who say they are more likely to stay with a company that incorporates remote working.

  • 70%: Workers who report feeling burnout.*

We are in a massive period of transformation.
The pandemic has taken a toll on and shifted the priorities of employees everywhere.

THE 4-WEEK PROGRAM

TiffanyBirdsFlyingOutofHeadStill.jpg

Week 1: Where We've Come From and Where
We Can Go

Tiffany gives a powerful one-hour keynote about the past, present, and future of humanity and technology, through her unique story from The Webbys to unplugging regularly. She seeds the topics of productivity, connection, rethinking time, making things happen, purpose, and wellbeing. She also invites people to try unplugging for a few hours that weekend.

Resources:

Week 2: Zoom Challah Bake with CEO/Leadership

ZoomChallahBakeStill.png

Tiffany invites a CEO/select leader as her special guest to a lively Zoom Challah Bake! She invites the team in through questions about what brings them joy, and how to carve out space for rest and rejuvenation in today's world. She also invites everyone to unplug for a bit longer, filling their time with the things that bring them joy.

Week 3: Rethinking + Reclaiming Your Time

We explore the science behind why your brain needs different modes. Just like interval training, and cross-training, our brains, bodies, and souls are most optimal when we balance between different states: connection, collaboration, creative flow, productive flow, and rest. We  workshop what this means for work and life, while Tiffany invites everyone to continue unplugging.

Resources:

  • Graphics of oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin mixology

  • Short film 30,000 Days

Week 4: Sustaining Your Brain, Body and Soul

How do we take this science and insight around productivity, rest, connection, creativity, adaptability, and purpose, and ensure long-term sustainability? We come back together to map out the future.

Resources:

  • Roadmap for the future

WHAT WE EXPLORE

Humans + Technology - Making the Most of Both

  • A riveting journey through the science and history of the relationship between humanity and technology, focusing on when technology amplifies our humanity, and when it diminishes.

Maximizing Different Modes of Being

  • Our brains bodies, and souls are most optimal when we balance between different states: solo focus time, creative time, collaboration time, connection time (not same as collaboration), and rest. We explore the science behind this, and workshop what it means for work and life.

Time On and Time Off

  • How do we create a culture that respects both the company's and the individual's time in this new way we are working (using "scheduled emails" to arrive during work hours, not scheduling stressful meetings on Friday afternoons, offering mental health days).

Time Management of In-Person vs Remote

  • What tasks are best to do in the office vs remote? When is Zoom better, when is phone? How does fostering these skills of time management and leadership lead to more productivity, less burnout, and better quality of life?

The Power of Unplugging

  • Discover the groundbreaking benefits of turning off screens regularly. Just like interval training for athletes leads to better performance, taking breaks from screens, and from work, will lead to better performance.

Purpose and Values Alignment

  • The pandemic has forced us all to reprioritize. Employees are seeking more meaning, purpose, and value in their work. How do we shift the way we work so that company and employee values are aligned.
