How do we do it better this time?
Science-Backed Strategies for Companies to Thrive in the New Hybrid Workplace

As we reemerge from the pandemic, companies everywhere are facing the question: how do we maximize the potential of a hybrid workplace? How do we create a culture that allows for greater flexibility to work from home, while maintaining intentional time for in-office collaboration? How do we work smarter this time?

  • 70%: People who say they started to work on weekends when their companies transitioned to remote work during the pandemic.

  • 85%: People who say they are more likely to stay with a company that incorporates remote working.

  • 70%: Workers who report feeling burnout.*

Tiffany Shlain & her Let it Ripple Studio are excited to unveil 2 custom company programs (a 1 hr interactive presentation or a 4 week deeper dive) to engage employers & employees alike in creating the New Hybrid Workplace -- one that works better for everyone.

  • Companies will see better retention, productivity, teamwork, perspective, innovation, time management, and decision making.

  • Employees will feel more valued, have a better quality of life, and be happier and more enthusiastic to show up. Both in person and remote.

The programs build off of Tiffany's bestseller 24/6, listed as a Top Time Management Book by Entrepreneur Magazine.

We have been successfully prototyping these programs throughout COVID and are now booking companies and remote teams through the end of 2021.

The Program

Tiffany is a world-renowned speaker known for her highly visual, interactive, inspiring keynotes.  During the pandemic, she and her Let it Ripple team have uniquely translated these dynamic experiences to the Zoom world. Her Zoom experiences have been called "the most engaging Zoom of the pandemic." The programs are available both live or online.

Both the one-hour and four-week experiences unpack the research, philosophy, and business strategies behind:

  • Time Management of In-Person vs Remote - What tasks are best to do in the office vs remote? When is Zoom/video better, and when can a phone call save energy? How does fostering these skills of time management and leadership lead to more productivity, less burnout, and better quality of life?

  • Time On and Time Off - Creating a culture that respects both the company's and the individual's time (using "scheduled emails" to arrive during work hours, not scheduling stressful meetings on Friday afternoons, offering mental health days). Productivity, retention, and enthusiasm will soar.

  • The Power of Unplugging - Building off Tiffany's bestselling book 24/6, discover the groundbreaking benefits of encouraging your team to unplug (turn off screens) for one day a week. Just like interval training (taking breaks from exercise) leads to better performance, both immediate and long-term, taking breaks from screens, and taking breaks from work,  will lead to better performance. Simple as that.

The 1-hour program includes:

  • A one-hour highly-engaging presentation with Tiffany Shlain for employees and employers. Includes interactive components and can be online or live.

  • Work Life Balance Resource Kit for all participants -- includes book, award-winning short films, posters, and resource guide.

The 4-week program includes:

  • Four one-hour interactive experiences for employees and employers, one per week for four weeks.

  • Work Life Balance Resource Kit -- includes book, award-winning short films, posters, and resource guide.

  • Ongoing engagement both throughout the four weeks and after the program

Building off Tiffany Shlain's Bestselling 24/6 Book

In this "wise, wonderful work" (Publishers Weekly), Shlain offers not only her own story, but a riveting ride through the past, present, and future of our relationship with technology, from her unique perspective of being on the inside of the Internet world from its inception, to being an entrepreneur who found balance by reimagining this powerful ritual of rest. “Bolstered with fascinating facts about neuroscience, philosophy, psychology, and the history of the concept of a day of rest," 24/6 makes the case that incorporating one day a week of no screens does wonders for the brain, body, and soul. It can also, she argues, help repair the world of the Web she helped build.
